About Industrial Four
In 2010, after 38 years in the construction and industrial industries, Dennis Bolio founded Industrial Four out of his home in Richmond, VT. Joining him with more than 28 years of banking and finance experience was his wife, Susan Turcotte. Dennis had a vision to enhance how manufacturing companies install and customize systems that maximize space, and generate output based on manufacturing demands. Over the years the company continued to grow so in 2018 a new building was built, and we are now located in Essex, VT.
Industrial Four provides services to manufacturing companies in Northwestern and Central Vermont – from start-ups to large commercial entities, including packaging lines for coffee and ice cream, mixers for chocolate production, installation of specialty process tanks, and product storage solutions.
We have a full-service welding fabrication facility with AWS certified welders in a variety of metals, with the ability to fabricate safety cages, catwalks, material handling carts and mezzanines. We are able to do custom restoration and fabrication for both commercial and residential.
Our core values of Service, Safety, Quality, Innovation and Teamwork are not just words – they are the guiding force behind everything we do. We are a tight-knit crew that values camaraderie and growth. We perform total Facility Solutions.

When introducing a new product line to the market, Industrial four installed the new packaging line for Keurig Green Mountain. Here is what one of their Process Engineers said, “I-4 played no small part in helping us reach the quantities required at the quality required to meet the build…..thanks for your responsiveness, professionalism and pace.”

Our Culture
Industrial Four instills in all employees a sense of ownership and embraces safety and excellence in all aspects of performance.
With a full-time Safety Officer, we do pre-work planning, job hazard analysis, and weekly safety training sessions. In addition, we inspect all jobsites while in progress to ensure OSHA safety compliance. Employees participate in numerous safety training sessions annually that include fall protection, powered industrial trucks, platform lifts, and first aid/CPR, to name a few.
